Cheap lease car program that allows you to rotate cars every 3-10 months and great flexible work arrangements
great people in a very hard industry
Good culture, Paid well, range of benefits
flextime, RDO, discounted lease car, EBA covered
Good superannuation, lease car and vehicle purchase program, corporate benefits such as company supported health insurance and annual increases to salaries.
Having a new vehicle consistently - you do pay for it out of salary but you have a choice of the range and at times they have specials
It was limited by the EBA. Got paid well for after hours calls.
Not many benefits offered to co-op students
Lease car (can only access it after being there for 6 months - not very practical for interns to only be able to access it for half of their internship) No real strong affiliations or benefits with other companies. BUPA private health consultations which again is not really relevant for interns. Working flexibly is limited for interns. Interns starts just before christmas and finish just after. There is a forced closure for 2 weeks over christmas. Means that interns are forced to use all of their annual leave for two christmas.
The lease car is well priced, change over is very frequent which allows access to a lot of models and full timer can access RDO's. Parental leave policy is fantastic
