Childcare discount but this is only for permanent employees which I think isn't fair. There isn't enough sick leave and people taking sick leave are treated like a massive inconvenience to the centre
Extremly poor offers. No salary sacrifice as wages are so low, unless you are a kindergarten teacher who has worked there for 5 plus years and the wage is above $36. Which is sad as some of the kindergarten teachers i managed were lazy and it was clear why they were at goodstart and not 'teaching' they offer over the phone counselling and their 'benefits are not even competitive.
It is good to have salary sacrifice option, as well as some discounts from the company (which you never use usually )

I had a slight discount in fees when I was working there whilst my child attended pre-school. There is no flexibility in applying for Annual Leave, particularly if someone else is already going on leave the same time as you.
Great weekly payments,support from management is great,childcare discount if you have a child. Also, you can purchase annual leave.
A bit disappointed to read some of these comments saying there are no benefits. Some of the benefits include; Up to 50% off childcare. Up to 2 years maternity leave. Up to $250 per year to spend on uniforms, over 80 items to choose from once you pass probation. Option to purchase additional 4 weeks per year leave. Up to 200 courses available to upskill. Paid higher for better qualifications and responsibilities. Paid well above award. Discounts of holidays, insurance, flights, accommodation and purchasing cars. Salary sacrificing. Free counciling. 1 hour per day paid to feed your baby in addition to breaks. And alot more. It's sad some people write before looking for this information that is easily publically accessible.
There aren’t any! No maternity leave for centre staff which are 98% women. Discounts on child care but you’ll be forced to return to work full time as there aren’t any flexible working arrangements or job share roles.
Great discount on childcare rates. Salary sacrificing though casuals seam punished and treated less as discounts are MUCH lower
