The free food (and quality of) is not a myth. Neither are the office perks. But more intangibly the health insurance policies provided to employees are second to none.

Google offers a wide range of benefits. Although the Sydney office is somewhat lacks behind the HQ in this area, but still you will feel that you are really being cared about.
