Get paid leave and sick leave
Free burgers and occasionally meals if your management are champions and you have worked at the store for over a year. Staggeringly poor pay & no penalty rates!
Apart from a free burger if you work more than 5 hours (or 10% discount on one item outside of that). There really aren't many other benefits. Don't forget the zero penalty rates! We get one all-in Queensland Christmas party at the end of the year - which is probably the only thing worth mentioning positively; because it's the one benefit that Grill'd does well!
Grill'd offers terrible employee perks, no health benefits that I know of, and even though you are part-time, they demand a doctors certificate every time you are sick.
Annual leave, 50% food, free burger up to $15 for every 5 hour or more shift, friendly people
Bonuses for hitting KPI's, pretty competitive, KPI's are for overall and what your team achieves rather than just myself.
Not too bad. Free burger after 5 hours of work and can buy one item 50% off a day
While the pay isn't very good, we do get a 50% off discount at all Grill'd restaurants around Australia. Also, as I am a part time team member, I get annual leave.
No penalty rates, pay for a 16 year old was $9.50 an hour, unpaid hours after closing times.
50% off a single food or drink item per day and flexible working hours. The pay was horrendous.
