Relatively less workload, thats the only best thing about this company. Pay is very low and there is a very bad working culture where middle and upper management think they are the owners of the company and ill treat their reportees.

Benefits are really good here. But you have to be in a niche skills to get the real benefit. It will provide you the normal benefits as any other company would provide you.
The worst things are the "hidden" benefits that they provide which are NOT stated in the offer letter and there is no possibility of accessing the company's policy before signing it. For example, no penalty rates for working non-standard shifts including weekends and public holidays, only an allowance is given which is not a lot (especially after tax). Everything else is pretty standard.
company perks, time off, time in lieu, policies are good - but employees who take it are looked down upon.
