    The best thing about working for the Hilton is the employee discount. Depending on the availability of where you want to go, the prices ranges depending on the property you want to stay at. It makes vacationing affordable.

    The team member perks were really nice to have when you could. You could stay at hotels for anywhere between 35-75 a night. Just depends on availability and the property.

    Travel Benefits are amazing, but they don't sacrifice on medical benefits, stock, employee discount programs, etc. The total compensation and benefits package is very generous.

    The benefits package can be good, but expensive. For your first 90 days, health benefits are deducted after-tax, which can leave you with little take-home pay. Work from home options are restricted to Tuesday-Thursday, but they are moving towards making Mondays and Fridays available. However, you have to have worked there six months for this to be made available to you. The employee rates on hotel stays are very generous, but it is very difficult to find availability. There are also too many restrictions at the property level on food and beverage discounts.
