Weekly/monthly incentives. Highest company performers win gift packs, in-store credit, holidays, work dinners, prizes etc. Every big sale you make will earn you in-store credit.
There is no benefits package...there's an incentive scheme, but you're rewarded with money to spend in store (there's no staff allowance, only a staff discount, so this isn't exactly great considering you're expected to always be wearing new season stock anyway). Occasionally, there are extra incentive offers like Mecca vouchers or luxury goods/trips awarded to company's highest performing sellers. This is insulting considering we were paid the bare minimum...if you try to sell or swap your gift vouchers/incentives with others the entire incentive will be revoked. #honeyculture
Glamorous incentives for those who are at the top. You get ranked week to week and it is humiliating to be called out for not making target. You can see who is at the top and who is at the bottom.
Perks of working at HB include getting 40% off honey birdette branded items and 30% off non HB branded stock. And whilst they have high sales targets the incentives can be extremely generous ranging from things as small as free product from the store to things as big as a team trip over seas.
