Unlimited vacation, VERY strong 401(k) matching, great health insurance, Employee Stock Purchase plan, free BlueBikes, snack bar, smoothie bar, coffee bar, beer garden, prime location (lots of restaurants nearby) near the green line and (kind of) red line. Strong salaries once you're here for a year.
The package has an affordable and generous PPO from blue cross blue shield. Health insurance kicks in day 1 with no 90 waiting period.
The flexible workplace is the best benefit: you structure your time, appear when you need to, and accomplish your goals. So long as you're doing that, office hours are what you make them, as is time off. This is an organization that practices what it preaches, with generous leave for family and medical events, and teams filling in the gaps behind you. I've been on both sides of this equation, and while filling in for my team can make for really busy weeks, them having my back when I'm out is awesome.
They cover the deductible for the health care. HubSpot paid for my child’s delivery and the resulting complications fully. Didn’t cost me anything outside of my premium or copays.
I love the stock units you receive as an employee. It makes me feel like I'm part of the business and have a say in what happens since the company is so transparent already and is amazing at sharing every detail and decision with all the employees. The flexible work schedule and unlimited vacation are also amazing perks. Plus, every 5 years you're with the company, you get a 4-week sabbatical and $5,000 to completely unplug, relax, and recharge.
Great benefits and perks, from free BlueBikes and museum admission to quality insurance.
Flex-time, medical coverage with deductible paid by company at 100%, time off, food onsite, sabbatical, egg freezing subsidy, dependent care via Care.com, work from home
Unlimited PTO, gym access, excellent health insurance
5 year sabbaticals, flexible days, unlimited vacation!
Good health insurance, well below average 401k, but great office perks like gym and healthy snacks.
