Generally, do your job well and you can work when/where at your discretion. Expectations are clear and the office is enjoyable so this practice really works for the culture. HR/People will go above and beyond to proactively notify you about benefits updates/changes that impact ALL and/or just you. No resting on the assumption that "the paperwork covers it" is super helpful for a younger/new to the workforce employee. LEarned a lot form this!
Salary could be a little better.
Unlimited vacation is no joke on the product team. Folks use it, don't abuse it, and enjoy a comfortable amount of time off. The health care plan was also stellar.
Making some strides on benefits. Flexible time, all you can use vacation policy, increase parental leave. Would like to see more 401k match
The 401k match is very good. There are plenty of good health and fitness discounts as well as great health, vision, and dental insurance options. The unlimited vacation is also probably the best benefit of all.

Great paternity/maternity leave policies - great medical coverage as well. Another great element is the work from home flexibility, even in departments or functions that do not traditionally champion remote employees.
HubSpot does a great job of providing benefits for their employees. Specifically, the co-pay on the healthcare benefit is amazing! It would be great as HubSpot scales and the demographics of their employees start to change to offer later staged healthcare benefits.
