Generous leave periods, ONE IKEA Bonus is very rewarding provided the whole store meets it's targets. Company functions are always very well catered for including Christmas parties. Subsidised lunch and free drinks is very much appreciated and they have a very good incentive for long term employees to stay within the company (TACK bonus)

There aren't any REAL benefits or perks besides the employee discount and the free coffee. You do get really cheap breakfast and lunch though. That's about it.
There is no Benefits. Ico-worker is empty on Benefits page. They give 15% discount on product but then you cant buy it for anyone apart from yourself. What is the point....All the food served in the Co-worker restaurant is frozen stuff and most of times you don't get anything to eat as it is finished and how long do you wait when you have short breaks. To apply for Annual Leave you need to get advance notice of 8 weeks. Are you serious.
