Benefit is the stability of the job and varied work environment due to multiple clients across industries. Flexible working hours, good trust by managers, corporate discount with private insurance sector, novated car lease policy, fully automated claim and intra company fully digital applications functional globally for all employees. Nothing worst as such except unforeseen project post one client engagement is over. Workplace location could be challenging based on client's office and that defines as well impacts heavily on employee's working location as well. No in-house considerable events or employee engagement activities by local HR.
Infosys does have some good benefits as well as few cons.
