Full time employees get 3% discount for BUPA medical insurance, but after considering what BUPA offers, it's not really of any value. Very frequent appreciation points that can be used to buy a lot of things. Obviously you have to be doing great to be appreciated. Super, by default is 13%. Employees have option to decrease it to 9.5% if they want to boost their immediate income. This depends on one's personal circumstances and the decision must be made after detailed financial deliberation.
My flexible working arrangement is great. It includes working from home one day a week. My manager has a good understanding of my personal situation and understands my flexibility requirements. This arrangement remains in place as long as I continue to prove myself.
