The benefits extend to the participating businesses within the same building, who offer discounts or freebies to employees who work in the complex. Worst is that there is no parking discount or package offered for less senior members of staff.

Average benefits in Australia, no real benefits outside of the normal Rewards Gateway program offered by many workplaces. Paid parental leave is 16 weeks which is above average.

The best benefit is the redballon program where employee can get gift cards with discount (e.g. supermarket or department store gift cards). The worst benefits package is the bonus.
