work life ballance, allowing amazing flexibility opportunities. Great bonus scheme, but sometimes seems a little smoke and mirrors
No other benefit except Salary
JLL is notorious for underpaying compared to the market. People used to want to work for JLL as working for them looked great on your resumè however since I have worked with them the culture has taken a turn for the worse and they struggle to get the number of quality candidates they once did. Salary increases are tied to a yearly KPI review however, previous years have seen these increases be below CPI.
Best thing is to get yearly bonus Worst thing is too less bonus for so much hardwork
Best thing is to have bonus at the end of each year however it depends on your manager, some people only get few hundred. Worst thing is too much work for such less bonus
get a obot that can do this and then you will get what you want
Great flexible work policy. Management very supportive of personal circumstances changing or temporary hardships encountered.
Full time employees benefit from Study leave, which is great if you are looking to go back to university.
Salary increase is only based on CPI
HR is a major focus
