Best thing is the large and iconic projects you get to be a part of. Worst thing is a complete disregard for work life balance and no appreciation shown for your contributions.

Best thing was a free company uniform. I never had any great reason to look into the other items. But I did hear that the pension was okay.
Worst thing is that there's little communication between grads put out on JV projects and head office.
Work from home, but that generally works to the advantage of the employer. Maternity/Paternity leave if you have kids. Lots of time off/consideration given to people with kids. People with no kids are expected to work longer hours (unwritten/unspoken expectation).
