I love their 401K and pension and everything that comes with it. The pension is crazy good as it is something I know I can count on.
Pension, HSA, 401K with match and in-service rollovers, Cash bonuses at most levels, Stock/Option bonuses at higher levels or at lower levels for exceptional performance, Potential for frequent spot bonus in form of leadership awards, based on project performance, and encore awards from employee nominations. Relatively low health insurance premiums. Flexibility to work remotely (may depend on project/function). On-site gym at the headquarters, company store.
A very solid benefits package that is probably not sustainable
Best thing is the availability and quality of benefits, as well as the ease of access and use of the benefits. I really appreciated them.
The benefits package is excellent, including 401k, pension, vacation, family leave, etc.
Best thing is how comprehensive it is for most lifestyles and locations you are based in.
Nice time off package including vacation, sick time, work & family time and floating holidays. J&J also offers a 401k and pension.
