Health insurance is top notch!
Free Contacts are the best and nothing bad
Great medical benefits, 401k, bonus and LTI, time off takes a little while to accrue, lots of flexibility in locations and hours
great place to work at. it didnt last long but i enjoyed it
Liked working here for 2 years
Good benefits selection, with industry leading parental leave. Health insurance costs going up each year with number of options declining. Pension might not be offered for new employees.
Aside from mere five sick days (ironically the biggest healthcare company), the benefit package is very decent, especially in retrospect.
The best thing is their pension plan. If you remain at the company (without getting laid off or quitting) you can be paid as early as 55.
Contractors aren't given benefits, it's dependent on the 3rd party agency that pay them. Overtime is restricted and raises aren't given.
Benefits were optional. Didn't really get anything for part time employees
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
