Health insurance is good, but it's the total benefits package that is attractive
Best: Uncapped Commissions (Paid Monthly), RSU, Private Health Cover, Flexible Working Hours, Mobile phone/plan, parking, free breakfast/coffee Worst: No gym membership benefits; Training & Enablement
Have maintained good level of benefits. They strive for work life balance but not achieved in engineering or customer facing roles
Work life balance, family health cover, remuneration and other allowances are very competitive. Juniper pays extremely well. Maternity and paternity leave is by far the best ( I believe it is 16 weeks paid leave).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
