The best part of Kimpton benefits are. Beyond your typical 401k health dental and vision. They offer many life aids with education, family care and personal growth.

The benefits package is only beneficial if you are a salaried manager. They provide coverage, free of cost. However, if you are hourly, the average plan is roughly $100 or more per paycheck with a huge deductible.

I think the best benefits is that we can have health insurance veterinary insurance. We can stay at any of the Kimpton hotels for $50 a night.

The company is very good about providing vacation time. Everything is accessible through their company website for the team to view. HR is very involved and provides any information you may request when considering their benefits. There are numerous options to choose from.

I guess the only thing with Kimpton's benefits package is that it is subsidized so it's not completely free to the employee but it is pretty cheap and they take the amount the employee owes out of their monthly paychecks so they don't get taxed
