    Managers get full healthcare coverage (full dental, vision, and health insurance). 16 days of vacation plus sick pay. Free dry cleaning and cell phone allowance.

    I guess the only thing with Kimpton's benefits package is that it is subsidized so it's not completely free to the employee but it is pretty cheap and they take the amount the employee owes out of their monthly paychecks so they don't get taxed

    The benefits are not good at all, pricey and bad coverage. Definitely would not recommend at all, go elsewhere for better benefits.

    They really didn't have much of a benefits package for those of us who were part time. I think that we should have been offered benefits.

    Took a year to access the sick leave, but once you could take sick leave you were pressured not to. Most employees who lasted any amount of time would max out and then would never be able to use the hours incurred.
