‘It's good discount but very hard and slow to order product, always out of stock and the staff shop is usually just carrying the product that doesn't sell!’
You do receive $530 quota of free products and any purchase on top of that are at discount rate
BEST: Good discounts on beauty products WORST: Overall lower than market salaries unless you are an imported expat (all the directors running the business in Australia are from overseas)
Best - Company staff shop has great discounted products for their staff. Great view from the reception. There is a gym located within the building.

L'Oréal offers very competitive benefits - such as Profit Share, Product Allowance, Life Insurance, Salary Continuance and Health & Wellbeing Programs. It would be great if L'Oréal could incorporate childcare facilities or discounts into their benefits package.
