‘Everything is too good but I believe there should be 1 month work from anywhere will be a great for employees.’
LEAP Dev offers catered lunches/breakfast, ff gym membership, monthly massages, lunchtime sport (mixed volleyball, basketball, futsal), monthly events, Thursday night drinks.
The best thing about the company is you will always enjoy the team lunches, team events, monthly events, boat trips and much more which will excite you to come to the office more often. People are very helpful and friendly.
Lots of catered events for staff. Massage day once a month. Nice office with stocked kitchen and table tennis. Boat days on the harbour once a year.
Normal annual leave, 20 days per year

There's a lot of flexibility which is great and perks around supporting my life. Things like paid parental leave for all parents, gym memberships, WFH plus all of the fun social events make it a really great place to work.
The LEAP Dev perks are great, especially when I compare them to other companies I've worked with. There are the average tech company things like a fun office with ping pong, stocked kitchen etc but the thing I like more are the ones that help me outside of the office. They have 12 weeks paid parental leave for mums and dads and support me to work from home with flexible hours too. We also can all get gym memberships and access to EAP sessions. There is also an employee share scheme which anyone can opt to be part of. They also invest a lot in social events to bring people together which is easier when we aren't in lockdown but even now we do things as teams. Through Covid we have had access to things like UberEATS vouchers and online events. I'm sure I've missed some but you get the picture.
The best thing about the benefits is that they offer them very often
- Boat days - Team lunches - Daily breakfast - In-house, deluxe coffee machine - Flexible hours - Great team comradery - Ping pong table(s) with office competitions - Online zoom events ranging from Trivia nights, to Art classes The list goes on...
Best things: free coffee, milk, beer, and snacks, most important is you will have a free pluralsight account.
WFH, generous maternity leave (from observer's perspective), social events, plenty of free 'swag' internally.
