They don’t allow any holidays unless its a regional manager that wants a holiday. They does not care if your sick or if your dieing they will still make you work. Just the 50% for all accessories are a great benefit.

There is not benefits. You get told for your 'supersales' you get bonuses but they're never validated even though it's shown in the Enterprise Agreement. This is regardless of your employment level (manager or 'stylist').
