It is fair, generous and reasonable. Never had an issue trying to get time off work both paid and unpaid.
Reasonable employment duration to be eligible for vacation and paid time-off and lots of employees have taken this option without any difficulties which means HR and management encourage it
Parental leave for any gender.
It's just not a lot of time off
it is pretty standard, there is nothing different here from what most other employers are doing so nothing to say

Reasonably flexible as to when can take leave. Essentially at your own discretion. No true forced annual leave with ability to work through Christmas closure period and public holidays.
