Group benefits are great (obviously, since it's the business we are in) GSOP program is basically free money.
Health benefits is a generic package. Employee perks like discounted tickets or memberships provide a lot of value from couples to families. Partners to the organization also provide value as well for things like car insurance
Dental is the best and vacation is the worst.
No benefits for outsourced personel
Good health and dental pkgs along with vacation and flex time.
Interns do not get a benefits package.
Flex plan, choice, options, flex credits base on salary
They postpone your submissions & what the dentist submits so you run out of qualifying time
On the bright side, if you do not really need medical services, it's unfortunate to have to pay such an amount for mandatory coverage but at least the services are available to you. If you actually require medical services please read the fine print because there are many, many exceptions. You will pay for the blue line (highest cost) and end up without being covered for the expenses when you really need it.
