Worst thing is that the limits have hardly shifted in the time I have been here. so what was a yearly gym benefit now only covers a couple of years. massage, physio etc just covers waaay less.
Can't complain. This is the best that you would get in this industry

Worst things are 1) unfriendly and aggressive culture 2) despite the good overall salary, the per hour salary is low because of long hours 3) need to travel
