Tuition reimbursement is great! The company is like family and really cultivates employee development and growth.
Benefits at MSK are phenomenal. Insurance is great, retirement 401K, additional perks such as employee discounts for various things throughout the city. Can truly appreciate how well MSK takes care of it's employees now that I'm at an entirely new hospital. They go above and beyond!
No Afla, that would be a great addition.
They were all very good.
best = vacation hours and sick hours, paternal & maternal leave
The best thing is the medical benefits. Incredible care, never any issues getting referrals, etc.
Generous tuition reimbursement! Also, great insurance, several weeks of paid vacation and holidays and sick time. They also encourage flexible work arrangements if it fits with your job (work 4 days a week, or a day or two from home, depending on the situation). For maternity leave: even though they give 12 weeks leave, it is not paid. You can use partial-pay disability for the first 4-6 weeks after giving birth and then you have to use any vacation days you have saved up for the remaining maternity leave, if you want income. Nobody has 6 weeks of vacation saved up so of course part of the time will go unpaid (and also...then you're left with no vacation days at the end).
Tuition reimbursement, unpaid sick leave, cancer treatment (if ever needed)
I have no complaints about the benefit package.
They have the best retirement benefit 403B
