Benefits package cannot be beat!
Company contributes up to four percent on their 401K. Pay is good but not equal throughout departments for levels of responsibility.

Excellent benefits, Maternity leave, pension, 401k match, health insurance. Culture is over-stated for what it really is in factories.
Benefits are good except for gradually increasing medical premiums
Nestlé Purina has a strong benefits package with healthcare, 401 k, paid time off that grows as your tenure grows, and on-site services
Very flexible PTO time that can carry over from year to year!
Purina offers comprehensive healthcare benefits including HSA and FSA options, vision, dental, as well as a great 401k program.
