Discriminatory benefits scheme. The wages are ok compared to small business, but is ridiculous compared to big ones and NRF is a big bg one! There is a lot of discrimination in regards to benefits and everything else in this company, some departments are full of privileges, while others are treated without respect, underpaid and always required to run an extra mile.
There is nothing except what is required by law.
Free lunch for senior lawyers once a week, free drinks once a month
They have a good maternity leave policy and taxi concession after 8:30. No subsidised gym membership or dinners although most employees stay well after 7:30
Vacation time and company perks are good
