Flexible work practices are essential for managing well being and finding the right rhythm. At Nous we work hard, yet flexibly. We know there are times when there are things happening at home that require your attention. Nousers work from home, airports, client sites etc, with a focus on getting the work done and delivering high quality work for clients. Working flexibly is great and definitely delivers great performance.
There is none except working from home - the only benefit is 'culture' which wears thing when good people start leaving due to a feeling of not being valued.

Opting into the bonus scheme does reduce your base salary. The counter to this is a higher potential package. We encourage each Nouser to choose what is right for them. Exercising personal choice is important.
Very flexible working arrangements if necessary. Supportive of part-time work, working from home and parental leave. Coffee pods and fruit available and regular social events.

The benefits package does not really exist so I'm at a loss for words here.

Employee benefits cover a range of things. If you consider employee benefits to include any non-wage compensation then Nous has a great benefits package including a technology allowance, access to car lease salary packaging, study leave and formal professional development support and flexible work practices. And the fruit bowl! We are exploring access to a preferential banking package, as well as the more traditional 'employee benefits' around access to corporate health insurance and income protection.
