Slightly cheaper Cameras. 6 weeks paid mat leave (disgraceful), no salary sacrificing, no life insurance, no medical insurance. Travel policy outdated and antiquated. Being a Japanese company everything is hierarchical. Only 6 people in the entire organisation fly business class overseas! You cannot work from home - frowned upon and 'days in lieu' are formally non-existent, you might be lucky if your manager likes you!!! Benefits and very very poor and below par, particularly compared to other medical companies.
No benefits. It's not important to senior management. They offer the bare minimum. Leave is mandatory and pension is legislated. Very little career advancement training
No perks! No days in lieu, no health insurance, no gym membership, no salary sacrificing.
