They cover you and your family in every aspect medical, dental and vision. Hard to complain with that. They also contribute to the 401K package which is hard to complain about. I don't think there is anything they are missing.
Health insurance is extremely affordable (I am single with no defendants, I know cost is somewhat higher for families. 401k with employer matching begins after one year of employment. Time off is extremely generous, double what I initially received from any previous company.
The best is that we have them. 401k is great. $1/$1 up to 3% and .5 up to 5% paid immediately. Healthcare benefits are OK. Plan costs are slightly higher than I've had in past.
Solid 401k plan. Coverage is not that great for a family.
Affordable Health Coverage , Dental and Vision rates. The only downside to their generous 401k match, is that you have to be with the company for at least one year to be eligible.
Health, dental, life insurance, 401k with match (after 1 year of work)
Good 401k match. $1 for $1 on first 3%, $0.50 for $1 on the next 2%. Maximum 5% of salary.
Benefits are pretty standard. Full time employees get medical, dental and vision. There is a 401K up to 4% match. Maternity leave is provided to women up to three months if you're there longer than a year and for men, one week. My biggest complaint was their PTO. You have 10 days your first two years and let me clarify, that's 10 days combined for vacation and sick. Don't get sick or you won't have enough time to take a vacation, which you will desperately need working at Power.
Vacation and time off wasn't bad as long as you were performing well, health benefits were pretty rough with a $3500 deductible for one individual though.
Great benefits package. They match your 401k up to 5%. Life insurance. Only 10 days paid vacation. No sick and not all holidays.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
