12 weeks maternity leave. Not mandatory in Australia so it could be a lot worse but they pride themselves on being family orientated so I think they could be better.

Qantas offered up to 2 years parental leave before it was a mandatory requirement and in my experience there was no pressure to return early and the Company was flexible with return to work options.
