Commission structure was never explained correctly and we had a team commission structure. We were given sick pay and extra leave for looking after unwell relatives. There was no health insurance. Employees received gym discounts and discounts in other retail shops. Christmas bonus
Overall, wasn't a whole lot to the benefits package. The pain perks were in the form of free business lunches as well as the usual paid time off.
holidays, flexible working. Lots of team building events are a massive plus. If the office hits its 3 month target you are rewarded accordingly
