Private health Insurance; Car Allowance (cash option available if you’re not interested in selecting a vehicle from the thousands of vehicle available from provider); 18% Bonus (based on individual and company performance); 27.5 Annual Leave days (increases in line with service years); And lots of other perks such as salary exchange schemes (cycle, Apple technology etc), Flexible working, work from home etc; 6 months fully paid maternity leave
Great pension, holiday and saving schemes. The company also offers 2 years extended leave to travel or explore something new, with the guarantee your job back after.
40 1st class stamps at Christmas
Some good, some bad. There is a generous holiday entitlement but it can be difficult to organise time off. Weeks just get allocated to you and it is very difficult to change them.
No real exposure to benefits package - intern role only includes base salary.
We received free stamps at christmas which is great for all the christmas cards I forget to post. Sick pay good, although management will do their best to avoid paying by accusing you of faking illness.
the starting salary for a graduate is good, but I am not sure on the progression just yet.
the royal mail benefits package is pretty good!! I cannot think of any bad points.
can get enrolled into pension, though pension not that great
Sick pay, childcare vouchers, bike to work scheme, pension scheme are pretty good comparing to other companies. Annual leave can be a bit tricky as you might or not get the time off that you want or need.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
