At Salesforce, we take care of our employees every way we can, with comprehensive benefits, cool perks, and fun offices.
1 of the perla that sets SFDC apart from other tech companies is the 7 days of Volunteer Time Off which allows you to give back to the community without using PTO days.
Best - Volunteering benefits, 401k and flexible work Worst - Not many corporate discounts
Great benefits, great PTO, great stock options, and good 401k
Great 401K, reasonable PTO (much better than most), wellness benefits to make sure you're taking care of yourself! If there was one thing i could change is healthcare benefits. It's more expensive than I thought it'd be. Coming from smaller companies, I was paying virtually nothing out-of-pocket but it's still at a reasonable rate compared to most other companies.
Lots of choices for health insurance - 3 companies and 4 plans. They have a wellness benefit that is superior. They have tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase options at a discount which is great. There are your standard commuter benefits. There are decent snacks on site, but they could be more abundant and substantial. They have an EAP, and decent 401k matching. The also have good corporate discounts. There is no sick time though, just PTO and a couple floating holidays, which would be a nice improvement! Oh and they have Volunteer Time Off which is very unique!
Maternity/paternity leave (6 months) is fantastic.
The benefits are just great.
This is a good employer
Great benefits! Salesforce provides their employees with plenty of options including health and fitness reimbursement. Would recommend this company with high marks.
Stock awards only offered to director levels and above. Most large tech companies are more generous when it comes to issuing stock awards.
