At Salesforce, we take care of our employees every way we can, with comprehensive benefits, cool perks, and fun offices.
All the benefits are great, allows to work from home, yearly vacations as well as full health coverage for Full time Employees
The standard benefits are typical to any large company. Health, dental, vision, 401K (good matching), ESPP, etc. Good amount of vacation time and holidays. Above a certain level vacation time is unlimited. You're encouraged to give 56 hours of volunteer time and are given 7 days VTO (Volunteer Time Off) to help any cause anywhere around the world. Some people will be surprised that the company does not provide lunch but this company was founded in 1999 when it was not so customary and HQ is at the heart of SF so there are plenty of lunch options. There are also plenty of snacks and drinks in every kitchen.
It is a great benefits package and the company is thorough about explaining the plan during enrollment.
Company Perks are great. They have partnerships with a number of companies you can take advantage of on the job and off the job. The benefits package is above average. Providing multiple options to your employees is a bonus because the complexities in healthcare can be burdening.
The cost cannot be matched because of the young or youth employment which are far more healthier than your normal workforce.
Great health insurance and stock purchase plan.
The Employee Stock Purchase Program is really excellent. It is allows you to (1) get basically "free money", (2) feel incentivized to make the company exceed expectations, and (3) invest in your own future, especially helpful for those who are new to investing in the market.
Great 401k match at 6%, stock plan
Great vacation day plan, one week volunteer days off and the usual health, dental offers. One thing that can be improved is their 401k match, which is on the low side.
Very stressful environment and little leave
