Yeah it was alright. Got to do it at your own pace and on your own time. Flexible job.
The only benefit I get is a discount from Optus for prepaid deals. That is all. I would like more benefits.
Zero percent growth for a few years. Depending on position - no where to go. Employee Share Scheme was a waste of money. Only good thing was Flexible work agreement.

low pay and long hours
The sales task I was on was virtually impossible, the whole couldn't meet the commission structure of one person. Was poorly organised from the top, but that is not the fault of Salmat but the company that had employed them.
not much in the likes of benefits really. i act awards for internal staff to nominate each other. very strict work practices, no paper on desks, and dont argue with management.
