The benefits have been cut down to the bare bones in the last 5 years. There is not much to help retaining employees.
Benefits are decent enough but they will try their best to minimize, or just not even mention, what you may be entitled to.
Ability to work from home or remotely when required. Health plan very comprehensive and extensive. Very understanding when personal leave was required.
Competitive benefits package for international assignments. Under local contract the benefits package is greatly reduced and not attractive.
Best thing is if you work abroad, you get a huge amount of money to travel back to your home country, which will pay for the plane tickets. I got $12,000 a year to travel from Australia back to the states. They do stock options where you can put up to 10% of your pay to buy stock, at a 7.5% discount which is nice.
Worst working from home / flexible hours.
