I was a casual employee so I was able to earn more on public holidays and weekends. Also was able to turn down a shift if required
Generous 50% employee discount for womens Seed products when new. Lower discount for other items. Training could definitely be improved upon. Continuous training could be introduced. Very rarely receive bonus for achieving store budget.
