the benefits package is comparable to others in the market
Health insurance is VERY expensive and still have to pay co-pays. Manager is very flexible with my school schedule.
Health benefits are very expensive and only cover 70/30 AFTER a huge deductible. No matching of 401K. Some of the benefits listed below are offered because it is required. I’m sure if the law didn’t require some of the things below to be offered, they wouldn’t be. Only the bare minimum and least expensive are offered.
Medical is a high deductible plan and 401K no company match
401(k) does not have a company match and the PTO accrues incredibly slowly.
The insurance plans are costly and have a high deductible.
The best part this that we are offered multiply different coverage options along with almost any type of coverage a person needs, the worst thing is the cost to the employee
Great health insurance, sign-on bonus, potential for nice monthly bonuses
ins is getting difficult to keep up with but we have an insurance plan that is better than some that are out there. Some employees still don't get the company ins either way
The worst I can think of is the high deductible with the medical insurance, but that's just how it is now everywhere.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
