The Profit-sharing of 10% for 2016 & 2017, plus the 9.5% dollar to dollar 401K matching, is incredible! Nothing bad to add.
Pros: Matching 401k up to 9.3%, free flights, inexpensive insurance, amazing PTO accrual rates, Cons: Very limited scheduling flexibility for newer employees. Everything is seniority based making PTO requests difficult
Company perks include unlimited standby travel for your children, parents, and self and spouse/committed partner or 16 one ways for a companion, 9.3% matching 401k with profit sharing, great health care (SWA pays part of the premium so it’s cheap), dental, vision plus tons of other like life insurance, hospital coverage, HSA/FSA, flexible work schedule, no more sick hours - high rate of paid time off accrual each month instead for minimum amount of hours worked.

The benefits are the only reason why I stayed for so long. Free flights, free buddy passes, dollar for dollar 401k matching, Health insurance is through United. It’s amazing, only for full time employees though.
Health ins. was still lacking somewhat. Time off was amendable by how much work one was willing to give away. No comp time or personal days off.
