Flexible work from home arrangements. Opportunity to choose hours that suit you (if it doesn't impact your team/projects etc). 30 days of leave that accumulates - you don't lose your sick leave if you're someone who doesn't get sick much.
Some great benefits: - healthy living reimbursement (a set reimbursement to cover gym membership, or other healthy activities) - sick leave is "rolled up" into your regular leave (my understanding of it, double check with HR)
Don't think worth mentioning, the only benefits revolve around some start/finish time
Free snacks. Fairly open work schedule. The ability to work at other Squiz offices if you're current schedule allows it.
Benefits are getting better. However, I would like to see Squiz making an effort towards the mums-to-be. Maybe give the difference of the government benefit to match current salary? There is not many women at Squiz, it is important to make them feel valued at that particular time in their career....
Good remuneration for high performers.
Flexible working hours and plenty of leave available if I need it
Best thing is the culture and the worklife balance in terms of the flexibility you can have depending on your personal needs. Frecuent social activities, working from home, posibility of relocating to a different office and snacks are part of the deal.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
