The best thing is the medical insurance and immigration support. The medical insurance is really great and affordable. We have great team to support immigration of foreigners.
I found the employee benefits that St. Jude offers above average. I have worked at two other large companies and the benefits here out way the others by a large margin.
Employer payment toward insurance, high percentage matching toward retirement, unique benefits including health center and bike share, multiple employee appreciation events, 6 weeks paid maternity leave
The best thing about the benefit package is it starts right away and we get pretty go option on your plan but on the other hand the worst thing about the benefits are we have to pay a percentage .
The best thing about St. Jude benefits is that they are very affordable for every employee.
Great agency to work for. The benefits are amazing and the team work is the best. The best thing about the benefits is their insurance.
You get the paid time off that you deserve as well as a great 401k plan as well as employee discounts
Great benefits that continue get better year by year. Work from home is not common at all, but the workplace is located in a city where commuting is not a big problem.
The benefits here are fantastic. We have continually accruing vacation and sick time, rather than having to wait for the fiscal year to roll over, to get a new chunk of time off. We have 90% coverage for in-network physicians and medical procedures (which is most places/people/stuff). We also have prescription coverage, dental, and vision. Oh, and I almost forgot! The 401k (403b?) plan is fantastic - St. Jude provides 7% of salary regardless of whether or not you contribute.
Really good benefits. The postdoc has the retirement plan.
