‘Love it really good that’s it really’
Good company and culture, with very understanding people. Everyone has good work ethic
monthly commissions are provided however they are capped and tiered
I think normal like ant other cafes
PROS: - Culture - Working with the people there - Bonus payslips - Drinks - Partner nights - Flexible hours (good for uni students) CONS: - No career progression - Very rude customers (although you do get really nice ones too) - Average pay
The Discounts on Merchandise are good but nothing compared to US benefits.
recieved partner markout each week. included choices of tea bag, or coffees. also recieved free food at the end of the closing shift
Best is the daily benefits of free beverages Free coffee tastings by coffee masters too Worst is no bonus scheme/incentive and no room for career growth past supervisor stage.
It wasn't clear what we'd received even after are end of year review
They follow the Fast Food Award so annual leave and sick leave etc. are given. They've recently introduced a bonus that everyone in the store gets based on customer satisfaction surveys. You get free coffee each week and free drinks on shift. Tips go towards a night out with coworkers.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
