Company perks are great! Rewards for achieving targets, engagement days, opportunities to volunteer for worthy causes, generous car allowance, parental leave, work-life balance, commission structure, financial assistance for further study, on-site gyms
They try and get you as low as they can, as much as they can. You will feel as if you are important to them because you spent 10 months interviewing to get in but once they are bored of you, you might as well leave. The benefits look good but they will ask everything of you and guilt you if you need time off.
