Benefits used to be very good and then they changed for new employees
Everything from the pension to the maternity pay is the bare minimum legal amounts required by law
Best thing is the holiday allowance. Very generous.
It’s nice to be able to buy and sell holidays
Good death in service benefits and health insurance but let down by no longer being available to all employees
Bonus alright but always changing and the bonuses are just depending on much the business wants to pay
Salary was 'nominal' i.e. all benefits were deducted from the amount on offer. This usually ended up with new hires being worse off than in their previous roles, leading to only the desperate being recruited.
Swinton offer a number of benefits but personally they don't offer me much. I'm not convinced Swinton yet offer really beneficial benefits i.e. I think the Maternity/Paternity pay is poor. I think full flexible hours should be offered (in roles where it is possible).
Benefits are poor and well behind other companies in the North West for professionals.
Being able to buy additional holidays and health benefits can also apply for loan for travel expenses
