Best thing: The people. Really professional, respectful & calm work environment. An extremely talented group who seem to be very passionate about what they do and very caring. Aligns well with my values: an Australian company, trying to be a good corporate citizen with initiatives like allowing staff to undertake volunteer work/caring about sustainability & the environment. Staff are told to bring their true selves to work - and they actually walk that talk, in that you can freely initiate ideas, try new things, be yourself, take risks and not have to worry about failing or being judged. Flexibility and more control to allow you to direct your career and professional development. Quite inclusive. Good development opportunities and exposure. Cons: It's not as structured as other companies so people tend to extend themselves more and things can change quite rapidly - this may not suit everyone.

Birthday leave was added in 2018. That’s because the business does focus on its people.
