Employee discount as you can use it at other stores, not just Target.

Only benefits if you're there for 7+ years. It's good if you want to stay for that long and i recommend doing so. Other than that, there is none at all

Unrealistic work expectations pushed onto younger staff especially. Told to put work first over their education and didn't listen to preferred availability of students.
