Free food, but you never get to sit down and have your allocated break. Breaks should be paid as they don’t like you leaving the restaurant, you must still be able to manage and watch the restaurant while on ‘break’
- Half price food as a normal worker - Free food ($30 allowance) as a manager/supervisor or cook
Discount offered (free food) to staff after completing training. Available once per shift. Vacation and paid leave process is difficult and non effective. 4 weeks notice required for one shift to be covered
Short Stack for every single shift- but it gets boring pretty quickly. Unlimited free coffee/tea and softdrinks. Everything else you had to pay a % of depending on your position. Managers/Dawn hosts got a free meal per shift, while others had to pay 25-50% of the meal/drinks cost.
Vacation time was included and work time and time off were fairly flexible provided you could find someone to cover for you
A small discount but food is so overpriced it's still expensive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
