Private health insurance membership at corporate rates are beneficial and mobile phones with a voice and data plan are provided as part of the package.
The mentoring from the Project Managers, however I understand this doesn't occur in every team
The roster is not ideal, 2/1 is not really a family friendly roster. 8/6 would be mo0re sustainable long term. There also really needs to be an employee incentive programme to reward individual performance.
