We get yearly increases and bonuses based on performance each yaer. This is complimented with flexible hours an dtime in lieu.

As a contractor for this company (note the vast bulk of the teaching staff are contractors - about 80%) I do not expect many of these benefits. However, I would have thought that staff training would be essential to the smooth running of a business, yet it is minimal. For moral and staff engagement organising discounts would be nice too. The one benefit they do tout is a huge discount on fees for the Masters program - they claim 70%, however, if you actually want the degree at the end you have to pay and the discount is much, much less - which it just dishonest.

The benefits are nothing more than you could get if you were just brave enough to ask a company what discount they could give you (ie. 10% off at fitness first, Bupa, etc)
