Insurance great. They offer pension plan that you are vested in within 5 years. Great yearly bonuses. All benefits if not employer covered are cheap
Low cost of health coverage was very good compared to other companies, however overall package was not as good as in the past due to loss of pension plan.

While I worked there the benefits were really good, the biggest thing being the pension. I know that they have stopped the pension for new hires. Their health benefits were good and the car benefits were excellent. For some reason they refused to include child care at the new campus despite many requests from associates here in Torrance before they moved. From my experience, they've gone from a great place to work (5 stars) to a good place to work (3.5-4 stars)
The best thing about Toyota North America's benefits package is the vehicle program. Business travel is obviously covered, but you can also opt to purchase or lease a brand new vehicle at manufacturer cost, to your exact specification. Severe discounts keep their employees in new and happy vehicles.

Worst thing is PTO! You have to wait 6 mos to take PTO and then you don't get to take many days. PTO package is not competitive at all.
