Great coverage of pretty much everything - health insurance, wellness (gym or other), phone allowance, unlimited leave, lunch 4 days a week and breaky on Fridays. Regular happy hours and events.

Best thing - free Uber & UberEATS!! Not all employees get this benefit (although most full time employees do). It's a generous amount and encourages employees to also use the products we promote as part of our everyday life. We also get free catered lunch every day + many other benefits (health insurance, gym membership, mobile phone, etc.)

The most lucrative benefit of working at Uber is the companies commitment to creating a flexible working culture. Employees are encouraged and trusted to leverage this on an 'as and when needed' basis.

The best thing about Uber is you choose your own hours, that means that you have a great flexibility in working with Uber. There is no commitment whatsoever and if you can figure out the busy hours that you can work on than you can make a good amount of money.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Operations Coordinator in Brisbane, Queensland

be willing to take a bit of a pay haircut, but for the benefit of joining one of the worlds fastest growing companies it is well worth it! Other great benefits like stacks of Uber credit, health, gym, etc. Equity options also, however tax situation here is tricky.
